Cristiano Ronaldo is a Portuguese football icon who has played with elite teams around the world such as; Manchester United (England), Real Madrid (Spain), and Juventus (Italy).
CR7 as he is also known is most definitely one of football’s most elite players just like Argentian National Player, Leonel Messi.
He made most of his fame playing football but loves to be a dad the most. He has 6 children
Mornings with Cristiano Ronaldo
In order to be as fit as possible, Cristiano Ronaldo likes to train hard.
He actually prefers being in shape to playing football; in fact, he is hailed as one of the world’s most physically fit players.
Cristiano has his first breakfast before beginning a workout session at 6:00 am and continues until mid-day.
He runs, sprints, and performs technical exercises to enhance his ball skills and control in addition to his regular gym training.
He also trains at the gym, where he builds specific muscles that help him increase his body strength.
After a quick 2-hour workout session he takes his first nap which is usually around an hour and thirty minutes.
After his first breakfast, he will have his second breakfast at around 10:30 am which consists of snacks that are high on protein such as ham, cheese, and milk, as well as fruit juice.
Afternoon
Ronaldo understands that enough sleep is critical to maintaining optimal physical, mental, and emotional health.
Because proper sleep is so critical to his physical, mental, and emotional health, he takes a second nap in the afternoon.
After taking a second nap, he eats his first lunch, in which he eats more nutrient-rich foods like chicken and salad.
At around 3 pm he will go off and take a third nap and wake up an hour later and have a second lunch, consisting of nutrient-rich foods like tuna fish with salad, eggs, and olives.
Evening
Ronaldo adores personal commitments and likes to relax with his family and friends after dinner.
He usually eats at around 7 p.m., and his meals tend to be lean meats and fresh vegetables.
After dinner, he spends time with his family, which is extremely important to him.
He often swims for an hour in the pool after dinner. It helps him wind down, loosen his muscles, and improve his cardiovascular endurance.
Night
After the swim session at approximately 11 p.m., he gets a good night’s rest to wake up at 6 the next day and start again.
