Who is Chris Hemsworth?
Chris Hemsworth is an Austrailian Actor who is well-known for his role as Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
He is also one of the highest-paid actors in the show business as of now because of that same role in the MCU.
Chris started off acting in his home country Australia in a show called Home and Away. He has also starred in films such as Ghostbusters and Men in Black.

Mornings with Chris Hemsworth
Chris likes to wake up at about 8 am and he will start his day with a protein shake. He has a light breakfast and loves to spend quality time with his 3 kids and wife.
Once breakfast is over he will head straight to the gym for a morning workout.
Since his physique is really important in his professional life he takes real good care of it. Even when he isn’t playing the God of Thunder, Thor or any other character that he might get casted for.
His excercise routines vary since he likes to work out all parts and not focusing on one specific area this also helps him to not get bored. On some days he will lift weights, on others he will do cardio. He also likes to do circuits like bodyweight and iron circuits.
Afternoons
As soon as the morning workout session is done he will get a well-balanced protein-filled lunch which can include vegetableds, vitamins and minerals.
After lunch he will check in with his family and attend to personal obligations or just relax. Since he likes to keep his body in shape he has to eat every certain time.
Around three hours after lunch he will have a quick snack which can include fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. Hemsworth will eat around 8 times a day.
He will workout after lunch, the work out consists of battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine ball throws, hanging raises and high-resistance bungee.
Evenings
Evenings are often for his social engagements, such as appearances on talk show and interviews. This is also a great time for him to hang out with his friends. And when he is not doing these things he of course will be home with his wife and kids.
Before going to bed, Chris will chow down on some fruit and takes some supplements.
Nights
After his snack he’ll go to bed, which he tries to at a decent time to make sure he gets enough rest.
