Who is Meghan Markle?
Meghan Markle is an American actress known for her role in the American Legal Drama TV Series called “Suits”. However, she is currently retired from acting since her marriage to Prince Harry.
Since her marriage to Prince Harry, she has become an official member of the British Royal Family, becoming the Duchess of Sussex. She is also a mother of 2 children.
In early 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have since stepped down from their Royalty life and became financially independent.
So how does she keep up with everything and manage her time? Here’s a rundown of her rigid schedule!
Mornings with Meghan Markle
Meghan is a morning person she loves to get the best out of every morning.
Her day starts really early, around 4:30 am, and starts with an early yoga session. She really got into yoga because her mother was a yoga instructor.
If she doesn’t have her yoga session she will go out for a walk to clear her head and keep in shape.
At around 5 am she starts sending emails to her staff.
Since she is a morning person, the most important part of the morning is breakfast. Her breakfasts include toast, omelets, and gluten-free pancakes.
Afternoons are quite busy for the Duchess of Sussex since she is involved with numerous charities. Her involvement with charities includes World Vision, UN Women, and One Young World. Her role in these charities includes organizing the events and often speaks at them too.
Meghan likes to spend her afternoon doing ordinary things like grocery shopping, going to the movies, and exercising. When she isn’t planning charity events, attending meetings, or accompanying Prince Harry
In the evenings, she likes to spend quality time with her husband just watching TV, enjoying a glass of wine, and cuddling with her dogs. She also likes to kick back and relax staying home and cooking.
Not much is said about her sleeping schedule but the only thing for sure is that when she’s with the Queen no one can go to bed without her doing so first.
